Established in 2017
Growing up, my parents read to me the book “Cheaper by the Dozen” by Frank Bunker Gilbreth Jr. and Ernestine Gilbreth Carey. Little did I know that this would shape how I see the world. Frank and Lillian Gilbreth, their parents, were industrial engineers and efficiency experts. Growing up in a family of 11 children myself, efficiency was almost hardwired into my DNA. Through these experiences, I view the world in a way that allows me to make sense of complex issues/data/behaviors and simplify them.
As a high school math teacher, I strived to make sense of mathematics so I could simplify it for my students. Later in my career, I became a school leader and then later a district leader. In these positions, I again tried to make sense of why people were struggling and then establish simple solutions so teachers and leaders could be successful. Towards the end of my career, I obtained a Ph.D. in Organizational Information and Learning Sciences where I studied organizational development and performance improvement, specifically root cause analysis.
I established Performance Improvement Consultants of New Mexico LLC in 2017 to work with adults and help improve their impact. I have worked with the Public Education Department in NM, school districts, charter schools, educational leaders teachers, and recently manufacturing company for high-end ductwork. Consultants who work with me have wide scope talents expertise.
We are committed to providing quality support for our customers with integrity at the highest level .
